摘要: Since the discovery that integrins at surface of lymphocytes undergo dynamic changes in their adhesive activity after stimulation through T-cell receptor or with chemokines, intensive research has been carried out an attempt to clarify signalling events lead activation integrins. Whereas structural studies have provided us a vivid picture conformational flexibility integrins, pathways regulate these (known as inside-out signalling) elusive. However, I discuss here, recent new insight into control regulation integrin and coordination complex cellular functions, such homing formation immunological synapse.
