摘要: Wastewater of Sana’a City is used for irrigation and rejected in Wadi Beni Hwat. To study the potential contamination, physicochemical (pH, electrical conductivity (EC), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biological (BOD5), total suspended solid (TSS), K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl−, SO42−, NO3−, NO2−, NH4+, PO4−, HCO3−), analysis 28 samples groundwater, wastewater, soil was conducted different times between 2013 2014. The results show that shallow aquifer presents a high concentration nitrates, COD, BOD5. contamination comes from wastewater pesticides irrigation.
