Agranulocytosis during propylthiouracil therapy

摘要: Abstract Reactions to propylthiouracil occurred in 13 of 672 patients (1.9 per cent), with ten these reactions involving the blood, three leading agranulocytosis. This experience indicates that must be administered under careful supervision since serious may occur following its use which need immediate treatment if complications are avoided.
