摘要: Nanotechnology has been applied in consumer products and commercial applications, showing a significant impact on almost all industries areas of society. Significant evidence indicates that manufactured nanomaterials combustion-derived elicit toxicity humans exposed to these nanomaterials. The interaction the engineered with nervous system received much attention nanotoxicology field. In this review, biological effects metal, metal oxide, carbon-based are discussed from both in vitro in vivo studies. translocation nanoparticles through blood–brain barrier or nose brain via olfactory bulb route, oxidative stress, inflammatory mechanisms also reviewed.
