摘要: The expressions of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and its receptor were studied immunohistochemically in a total 156 gastric carcinomas; 26 early 130 advanced. No EGF immunoreactivity was found carcinomas, while EGF-positive tumor cells detected 38 (29.2%) the advanced carcinomas. one (3.8%) carcinomas 44 (33.8%) incidence being significantly different (p<0.01). Out 17 (13.1%) had synchronous expression most tumors with strong positive to receptor. A significant correlation observed between depth invasion or (p<0.05).
