摘要: Summary Immunohistochemical study for epidermal growth factor (EGF) and receptor (EGFR) was performed on paraffin-embedded tissue specimens from 39 colorectal 24 gastric carcinomas. The carcinomas were placed in one of the following 3 groups: group 1, neither EGF nor EGFR stained (11 21 carcinomas); 2, either or (4 4 3, both (9 14 carcinomas). Compared with groups 1 those had significantly higher rates lymph node spread serosal invasion gastrointestinal wall. In contrast, no significant differences found between and/or expression histological differentiation These results suggest that expressing display pathological features more aggressive disease. Furthermores synchronous indicates these may regulate their by an autocrine paracrine mechanism.
