摘要: There are two opposing theories of the natural history colorectal neoplasm, adenoma-carcinoma sequence and de novo carcinogenesis. To elucidate histogenesis carcinoma, we investigated expression CD10, MUC2, MUC5AC, MUC6, p53 in neoplasms. Sixty-seven morphologically distinct neoplastic specimens were divided into following groups according to morphology: adenoma (groups A B), protruded-type carcinoma (group C), superficial-type with adenomatous component D), or carcinomas without any E). Diagnoses adenomas based upon Vienna classification gastrointestinal epithelial neoplasia. The CD10 group E lesions was more intense than other groups. Regardless morphology, MUC2 significantly decreased CD10-positive carcinomas, p53-positive rate much higher CD10-negative carcinomas. overexpression reduced may be associated development progression carcinoma. specific tendency evident (de carcinomas). These considered aggressive
