摘要: Cells from cancers show aberrant behaviour such as unrestrained growth, invasion into adjacent tissue and metastasis. All these features of cancer cell can be explained in terms genetic changes the functional impact changes. In this review, colorectal (CRC) is examined a classical example multistep carcinogenesis. First there an overview which shows that develop by process somatic evolution. This gives rise to preferred pathways tumorigenesis. The factors may influence development ultimate choice are then examined. Next, CRC studied specific disease putative described. mutations comprise possible sequelae explored. review concludes with look at those avenues further elucidate natural history lead improved therapy.
