摘要: A large number of microRNAs (miRNAs) have been detected from porcine testicular tissues thanks to the development high-throughput sequencing technology. However, regulatory roles most identified miRNAs in swine or spermatogenesis are poorly understood. In our previous study, ULK2 (uncoordinated-51-like kinase 2) was predicted as a target gene miR-26a. this we aimed investigate role miR-26a Sertoli cell autophagy. The relative expression and levels has significant negative correlation (R2  = .5964, p ≤ .01) nine developmental stages tissue.
