摘要: This paper examines criminal prosecutions of pilots, air traffic controllers, and maintenance technicians in the wake aviation incidents accidents worldwide, which points to an accelerating criminalization trend over past fifteen years. It concerns surrounding by considering its wisdom, fairness, utility, taking into account consequences for both affected individual industry as a whole. concludes reviewing diversity countermeasures that are currently being developed assesses possibility mitigating trend.
