摘要: The in vitro antifungal activities of two phenothiazine (PTZ) compounds, trifluoperazine (TFP) and chlorpromazine (CPZ) separately combination with amphotericin B (AMB) were tested against eight fungal isolates known to be possible agents rhinocerebral zygomycosis. While both PTZs individually had effects these filamentous fungi, only the activity TFP increased presence AMB. AMB acted synergistically caused full inhibition all strains except for Absidia glauca. In contrast, CPZ was found act antagonistically studied isolates.
