摘要: Summary Ten patients with either seasonal allergic or perennial rhinitis were treated intra-nasal beclomethasone dipropionate B.P. (Beconase) and nine comparable sodium cromoglycate (Rynacrom). The was administered as 50 μg per puff into each nostril three times a day the one capsule insufflated four day. Treatments allocated on randomized basis patient received course of treatment lasting 2 weeks during summer 1973 when pollen counts high. Utilizing daily symptom diary cards, physician's assessment by examination nasal mucosa prior to at end treatment, it concluded that both effect reduction in symptoms associated rhinitis. No side effects importance noted, nor there any adverse changes observed state mucosa.
