摘要: A monochromator integrating-sphere-based spectral comparator facility has been developed to calibrate standard radiation thermometers in terms of the absolute radiance responsivity, traceable PTB cryogenic radiometer. The responsivity calibration improved using a 75 W xenon lamp with reflective mirror and imaging optics relative uncertainty at peak wavelength approximately 0.17 % (k = 1). Via measurement out-of-band can be fully characterized. To verify accuracy, absolutely calibrated thermometer is used measure Au Cu freezing-point temperatures then compare obtained results values by methods, resulting T − T90 +52 mK −50 for gold copper fixed points, respectively.
