摘要: A CCD camera, which has been specially equipped with narrow-band interference filters in the visible spectral range for temperature measurements above 1200 K, was characterized respect to its response traceable ITS-90 and absolute radiance responsivity. The calibration performed at a high-temperature blackbody source using radiation thermometer as transfer standard. Use of Planck’s law responsivity camera system allows determination thermodynamic temperature. For responsivity, monochromator-based setup supercontinuum white-light laser developed. CCD-camera dark-signal-non-uniformity, photo-response-non-uniformity, non-linearity, size-of-source effect. influence these parameters on measurement evaluated is considered uncertainty budget. results two different schemes investigated from 1200 K 1800 K are good agreement considering expanded $$(k= 2)$$ . 0.56 %
