摘要: Abstract The absence of bile in the gastrointestinal tract stimulates bacterial overgrowth and translocation. In response to endotoxin LPS-induced endotoxemia which may be prevented by antithrombin-III (AT-III); endothelial cells; various cells release cytokines, nitric oxide (NO) other mediators. purpose this study was examine blood NO levels renal inducible synthase (iNOS) expression determine whether AT-III has an inhibiting effect on injury iNOS obstructive jaundice (OJ). Forty rats were randomized into four groups: group A (Sham), B (Sham+AT-III, 250 IU kg −1 ), C (OJ), D (OJ+AT-III, ). All animals sacrificed 10th day samples taken for bilirubin level determination. addition, tissues evaluated immunohistochemically. Blood found 32.99  μ mol l A, 32.26  B, 46.33  C, 34.71  D. intensity staining OJ+AT-III less than OJ tissue. This shows that causes increased production kidney. inhibits reduces NO. Thus, our findings indicate under conditions OJ, limits cellular expression.
