摘要: Abstract Capillary electrophoresis coupled to mass spectrometry (CE/MS) is gaining its space among the most powerful tools in modern (bio)analytical laboratory. The challenging instrumental aspect CE/MS striking balance between stability and reproducibility of signal sensitivity analysis. Several interface designs have been published past decade addressing variety aspects ease operation. Most interfaces can be categorized either into sheath flow arrangement (considered a de facto standard), or sheathless interface, often expected provide ultimate sensitivity. In this work we explored an “interface-free” approach, where analysis was performed narrow bore (
