Specific heat and resistivity of the high-Tc superconductor Bi2.1Sr2CaCu2O8+x from 0.4 to 20 K: Evidence for a t-term

摘要: Abstract The specific heat, C p has been measured in the range of 0.4 to 20 K and electrical resistance 120 magnetic fields up 7 T Bi 2.1 Sr 2 CaCu O 8+ x . Below 4 effects lattice dispersion are more pronounced than YBa Cu 3 , there is an upturn evidence for presence a -term ( γ = ± mJ/mol. ). A value Debye temperature 260 6 obtained. upper critical field, B c (0), 2,1 8+x specimen estimated be 19 T.
