摘要: BACKGROUND To study the role of Parkin in regulation mitochondrial autophagy heart by assessing and changes protein expression rat myocardium after myocardial infarction (MI). MATERIAL AND METHODS Rats were randomly assigned to three groups: control, sham, MI. Four weeks induction MI, ultrasonic examination rats was performed measure left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), diastolic (LVEDD), ejection fraction (EF), fractional shortening (FS), diastolic/systolic volume. Rat collected from each group examined for morphology, size, amount mitochondria autophagosomes transmission electronic microscopy. A Western blot analyze levels autophagy-related LC3. RESULTS cardiac function MI impaired compared with control rats. Both LVESD LVEDD elevated (p 0.05). In addition, proteins LC3II/LC3I (p<0.05) activity significantly reduced (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Under conditions chronic dysfunction disruption autophagosomal clearance are associated expression.
