Two weeks later the performance amygdalakindled and sham-operated rats was tested open-field test, on elevated plus maze, bridges, Morris water maze. results show that kindling decreased exploratory other motor activity had anxiogenic plus-maze, boldness but negligible affect spatial memory task. These suggest affects normal fear reaction response is known to be mediated through amygdaloid pathways.
