摘要: The invention discloses ten newly discovered PI3K regulatory subunit phosphorylation sites, tyrosines 467, 452, 463, and 470 in PI3KR1 (PI3Kp85 alpha), 464, 460, 467 PI3KR2 beta), 199, 184, 202 PI3KR3 (PI3Kp55 gamma), provides reagents, including polyclonal monoclonal antibodies, that selectively bind to when phosphorylated at one of the disclosed sites. Also provided are assays utilizing this reagent, methods for determining a biological sample, selecting patient suitable inhibitor therapy, profiling activation test tissue, identifying compound modulates by using detectable such as antibody, binds only site. sample or tissue may be taken from subject suspected having cancer, lymphoma, glioma, colon involving altered signaling.
