摘要: The effect of temperature, duration and speed pre-mixing on the dispersion organoclay in epoxy was studied. technique high-speed mixing process used. Epoxy Cloisite 30B were pre-mixed at different temperatures, speeds for durations time. quality intercalation/exfoliation after (before adding hardener) analyzed by means X-ray diffraction (XRD) viscosity measurement. nanocomposites (ENCs) curing characterized XRD, field emission gun scanning electron microscopy (FEGSEM) TEM. results illustrate that clay particles broken down to smaller sizes with increase temperature especially speed. These parameters do not significantly affect step, but they have indirect step.
