Whether informal or formal, appropriately structured organized programs,leisure can help facilitate adolescent these areas. For example, one defining elements is that it characterized by free choice self-determination. Programs promote leadership, choice, initiative adolescents deal with challenges associated this age group. Leisure also engagement provide peer-to-peer, peer to-adult, peer-to-community The context provides opportunities learn empathy, loyalty, intimacy their group activities, well negotiate peers, resolve conflict,and work together communal goals. In addition, often report positive emotional leisure, which serve a relief from stress they feel other areas lives psychological adjustment well-being.
