摘要: Traditionally, classical complications of primary hyperparathyroidism are mainly represented by skeletal, kidney and gastrointestinal involvement. The old picture osteitis fibrosa cystica is no longer commonly seen, at least in the western world. However, new imagining techniques have highlighted deterioration skeletal tissue patients with not captured traditional DXA measurement. Concerning kidney, most common consequences excessive parathyroid hormone secretion hypercalciuria stones; however, exact pathogenesis urinary stone formation still unknown. 2013 International Congress on management Asymptomatic Primary Hyperparathyroidism, emphasized role imaging for early discovery both renal asymptomatic patients. Gastrointestinal manifestations include acid-peptic disease, constipation, pancreatitis gall disease. More studies needed this area to find pathophysiological mechanism underlying these effect surgery.
