摘要: To construct more effective rescue system, not only research on systems but also enlightenment are important. That is, we have to enlighten the public about importance of activities. The authors believe that one an way for knowing is carry out a kind contest. Therefore, propose new contest, named robot planned be held at RoboFesta (the International Robot Games Festival) KANSAI 2001 in Osaka, July, 2001.
