摘要: Urban planning is facing multi-layered challenges to manage the transformation towards a more sustainable and inclusive society. The recently evolved concept of an “urban commons” responds crucial need re-situate residents as key actors. food commons summarize all initiatives that are food-related (e.g., cultivation, harvest, distribution), aiming at visualization utilization value chains commons-based linkage between them. We explored first insights in Berlin based on semi-structured, in-depth interviews. strengthen identification, participation, self-organization, social resilience, steered by bottom-up processes, can be powerful tool for urban sustainability. However, viable political integration existing lacks due structural implementation problems. Respondents recommend pooling strong network mediation interface coordinate city administration politics. A combined approach edible cities will helpful development future prove systems.
