摘要: We examined the effects of inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate on 45Ca uptake and efflux in saponin skinned primary cultured rat aortic smooth muscle cells. 10 μM induced a rapid (half time<10 sec) large quantity Ca release both cells preloaded with 1 free Ca. Dose response curves showed that 100 produced maximal 97.3% MgATP dependent or 289 μ moles/liter cells, which was much greater than caffeine would be sufficient to produce tension.
