摘要: Purpose: Prostate stem cell antigen has become a promising target as potential biomarker for prostate cancer, but to our knowledge there are no reports of genetic variation the PSCA gene associated with cancer risk. We determined association between specific variations and in Korean men.Materials Methods: In this hospital based, case-control study 194 patients newly diagnosed histologically confirmed were enrolled. Visitors screening served healthy controls. genotyped 12 single nucleotide polymorphisms cases 169 controls.Results: Men rs1045531 AA genotype at higher risk than those CC genotype.
