摘要: Cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant biliary tract tumor with an extremely poor prognosis. CD24 expression has been linked to the aggressiveness of cholangiocarcinoma cells and adverse prognosis patients. In present study, underlying mechanism aggressive CD24+ cell behavior was elucidated. The magnetic-activated sorting system used isolate CD24- populations from RMCCA1 cells. Using human metastasis PCR array, it observed that numerous tumor-associated genes were upregulated in cells, including CXC chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4). addition, intracellular signaling array demonstrated activation extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2, which downstream CXCR4 cascade, Inhibition or ERK1/2 significantly inhibited motility invasiveness study indicates are induced by these proteins associated invasion.
