摘要: Using institutional theory, this paper investigates the antecedents and outcomes of market orientation in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) transitional China. A survey 274 SOEs demonstrates a strong positive relationship between various measures organizational performance. Additionally, competitive pressure, formalized corporate governance, less government control are found to promote period. These results support views that leads better performance factors should be considered studies strategy Chinese firms.
