摘要: Youths at clinical high risk (CHR) for psychosis typically exhibit significant social dysfunction. However, the specific behaviors associated with have not been well characterized. We administer Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS), a measure of autistic traits that examines reciprocal behavior, to parents 117 adolescents (61 CHR individuals, 20 age-matched psychotic disorder [AOP], and 36 healthy controls) participating in longitudinal study risk. AOP individuals significantly elevated SRS scores relative controls, indicating more severe deficits. Mean youths are typical obtained functioning autism (Constantino & Gruber, 2005). concurrent real-world both groups. Finally, baseline predict follow-up (an average 7.2 months later) over above measures (p < .009). These findings provide novel information regarding impairments domains critical adolescent development, because those overt show marked deficits behavior. Further, predicts subsequent youth, suggesting this may be useful identifying targets treatment psychosocial interventions.
