摘要: We have recently shown that CD30, a member of the tumor necrosis factor/nerve growth factor receptor superfamily, is preferentially expressed by human T cell clones producing helper (Th) type 2 cytokines. report here costimulation with an agonistic anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody enhanced antigen (Ag)-induced proliferation and cytokine secretion established Th2 Th0 clones. Moreover, peripheral blood mononuclear cells same resulted in preferential development Ag-specific lines showing Th2-like profile secretion. In contrast, early blockade bulk culture CD30 ligand-CD30 interaction shifted towards opposite (Th1-like) phenotype. Taken together, these data suggest triggering activated Th ligand-expressing Ag-presenting may represent important costimulatory signaling for Th2-type responses.
