摘要: Infectious bursal disease (IBD) is an acute, infectious, immunosuppressive affecting young chicken worldwide. The etiological agent IBD virus (IBDV) a double stranded RNA with outer capsid protein VP2 of IBDV the major antigenic determinant capable inducing neutralizing antibody. DNA vaccines encoding has been extensively studied achieving only partial protection. However, efficacy against can be augmented by choosing potential molecular adjuvant. goal present study to evaluate immune response and protective vaccine C-terminal domain heat shock 70 (cHSP70) Mycobacterium tuberculosis gene genetically fused full length (pCIVP2-cHSP70) in comparison 'DNA prime-protein boost' approach (pCIVP2) alone. results indicate that both pCIVP2-cHSP70 elicited humoral as well cellular responses. Chickens groups developed significantly higher levels ELISA titer antigen compared group immunized pCIVP2 alone (p<0.01). lymphocyte proliferative response, IL-12 IFN-γ production were found group. Additionally, chickens completely protected vvIBDV whereas was able protect 70%. These findings suggest truncated HSP70 mediated construct stimulated cell responses conferred complete protection IBDV. This novel strategy perhaps seminal concept utilizing adjuvant molecule elicit chickens.
