摘要: The purpose of this chapter is to review the principles quality monitoring for newborn screening programs at both a hospital and public health level. focus on assurance in Early Hearing Detection Intervention (EHDI). addresses need systems approach quality, beginning with birth screening, moving follow-up re-screening confirmatory evaluations life-long intervention management infants identified permanent hearing loss. Benchmarks are assist those involved establishing or improving program performance.
