摘要: Immune cells constantly patrol the body via bloodstream and migrate into multiple tissues where they face variable sometimes demanding environmental conditions. Nutrient oxygen availability can vary during homeostasis, especially course of an immune response, creating a demand for that are highly metabolically dynamic. As evolutionary have developed different metabolic programmes to supply them with cellular energy biomolecules, enabling cope changing challenging In past 5 years, it has become clear metabolism affects cell function differentiation, disease-specific configurations might provide explanation dysfunctional responses seen in rheumatic diseases. This Review outlines challenges faced by states homeostasis inflammation, as well variety utilized differentiation activation. Changes contribute towards diseases also briefly discussed.
