摘要: Bear bile has been a well-known Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Because the endangered species protection, concept on substitutes bear was proposed decades ago. Based their chemical composition and pharmacologic actions, artificial bile, from other animals, synthetic compounds, medicinal plants may be promising candidates to replace similar therapeutic purpose. Accumulating research evidence indicated that these potential have displayed same effects as bile. However, stopping use is challenging task. In this review, we extensively searched PubMed CNKI literatures, focusing comparative studies between its treatment liver diseases. Recent progress in last decade summarized, strategy discussed carefully.
