摘要: Dopaminergic treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) leads to significant improvement in Parkinsonian features; however, the response is hampered by appearance motor complications, including dyskinesias and fluctuations. These complications have a negative impact on quality-of-life. Therapeutic strategies using different types timing dopaminergic therapy may influence emergence complications. While sustained release preparations levodopa not shown benefit over immediate preparations, early combination dopamine agonist with appears reduce onset An even larger body evidence has found that initiating receptor (as compared levodopa) associated reduction fluctuations, particularly dyskinesias. data led evidence-based medicine evaluations indicating use agonists efficacious clinically useful for prevention
