摘要: The knowledge of the feed requirements fish species allows developing well-balanced formulations for successful intensive culture. target this study was to investigate effect supplementing fodder with different types oils, on growing and meat quality. experiments were conducted common carp using olive, soy oil preparations. results these showed that increasing content fats in diet allowed a faster growth better weight results. fatty acids aminoacids profiles highly depended type used feeding experiment. According our results, out tested variants based is most favorable feeding, allowing accumulation large quantities unsaturated meat.
