摘要: Polyethylene (PE) was irradiated with 10 and 63 keV Ar+ ions to fluences of 1 × 1017 3 1019 m−2 then it grafted aminoacid (alanine). The changes surface polarity, electrical conductivity, oxygen concentration were examined on pristine, as-irradiated, irradiated-grafted PE. in vitro adhesion mice fibroblasts the modified PE evaluated 24 hours after inoculation. It proved that for at ion energy, presence chemically bound alanine increases cell its homogenity. For ions, however, grafting leads a reduction number adhering cells. found rising polarity adhesion, but when value is too high starts decrease. No correlation between conductivity observed. In general, higher observed comparison pristine one.
