摘要: Advanced interdisciplinary scientific field of tissue engineering has been developed to meet increasing demand for safe, functional and easy available substitutes irreversibly damaged tissues organs. First biomaterials were constructed as "two-dimensional" (allowing cell adhesion only on their surface), durable (non-biodegradable). In contrast, new generation are characterized by so-called three dimensional porous or scaffold-like architecture promoting attachment, growth differentiation cells inside the material, accompanied its gradual removal replacement with regenerated fully tissue. order control these processes, materials endowed a defined spectrum bioactive molecules, such ligands receptors cells, parts natural factors, hormones enzymes synthetic regulators behavior, incorporated in concentrations spatial distribution against bioinert background resistant uncontrolled protein adsorption adhesion.
