摘要: Neurofibrillary tangles (NFT) are one of the most prominent pathological changes seen in brains Alzheimer’s disease (Alz) patients. Under electron microscope these NFT revealed to be composed accumulations paired helical filaments (PHF). These structures also observed Parkinsonism-dementia complex Guam (PD), and some other diseases besides Alz.
