摘要: New technological advances in the field of ultrasound imaging and Doppler signal acquisition analysis help to open new fields investigation reproductive medicine. One such example is recent introduction transvaginal duplex system, which can be applied as a sensitive, noninvasive “flow probe” evaluate hemodynamic changes pregnant nonpregnant patients. Another important development application color flow mappping, facilitates vessel recognition localization. Such instruments are expensive at present mostly limited for research purposes. Further developments likely emerge once methods data become available. increases image resolution improved generation processing will enable more accurate measurements. invasive measurement, could developed intraoperative intravascular investigations, based on specialized probes catheter-mounted transducers. At further investigations required defining normal ranges population establishing abnormal patterns. Once causative mechanisms defined, various treatments may offered, while monitoring using techniques described here.
