摘要: Abstract Stimulation of transcription reporter genes by the progesterone receptor (PR) was inhibited in transfected HeLa cells co-expressing estrogen (ER) an ER-dose- and estrogen-dependent manner. Both N-terminal rmAB region hormone binding domain ER were involved this inhibition, which antagonized antiestrogens did not appear to involve direct interaction between either gene or PR. expression also activation glucocorticoid (GR), both PR GR ER, albeit a lower extent. Similar transcriptional interference observed endogenous present T47D MCF-7 breast cancer with gene. Moreover, resident estrogen-induced pS2 partially exposing progestins glucocorticoids. We propose that these observations reflect competition for functionally limiting factor(s).
