摘要: We update our 1997 publication by reviewing 29 new reports of tests magnetic fields (MFs) in six different vivo animal models carcinogenesis: 2-year, lifetime, or multigeneration exposure studies rats mice; and promotion/progression (rat mammary carcinoma, rat liver focus, mouse skin, several human leukemia/lymphoma mice, brain cancer rats). Individual experiments are evaluated using a set data quality criteria, summary judgments made across multiple applying criterion rough reproducibility. The potential for carcinogenicity MFs is discussed light the significant body carcinogenesis from bioassays that now exists. Excluding abstracts, approximately 80% 41 completed identified this previous review roughly satisfy criteria. Among these studies, independent reproducibility not satisfied any positive results but negative chronic mice both promotion co-promotion assays SENCAR skin model. Results replication carcinoma model were conflicting. conclude long-term to continuous 50- 60-Hz range 0.002-5 mT unlikely result mice. Though most negative, weak promoting effect under certain conditions cannot be ruled out based on available data.
