An improved method for the isolation of eosinophilic leukocytes from normal human blood

摘要: A relatively short and simple method for the isolation of eosinophils from normal human blood is reported. With a recovery about 45–55%, cell preparations, showing degree purity 90–98%, are obtained. The isolated cells morphologically intact viable, as assessed by trypan blue exclusion test active phagocytosis.
