摘要: Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) from cattle and sheep exhibited natural cytotoxicity on a fetal lamb kidney (FLK) cell line that was persistently infected with bovine leukemia virus (BLV) by 20-h 51Cr release assay. This cytotoxic activity tested using PBL normal or BLV-infected animals. Although also found in animals BLV-infected, but clinically healthy animals, the persistent lymphocytosis leukemic markedly decreased. The of 3 sequentially before during disease to decrease gradually progress disease, finally no at time death due leukemia. These results suggest may have role immunosurveillance for tumor.
