摘要: Abstract To characterize the anorectic effect of apolipoprotein A-IV (apo A-IV), we examined apo on patterns feeding, drinking and ambulation rats fed ad libitum. A single dose 200, 135 or 60 μg was infused intravenously through a chronically indwelling, right atrial catheter just before dark period. Apo suppressed food intake by decreasing meal size, but did not affect interval between meals, speed eating, latency to eat first after infusion. The dose-dependent effective for about 3 h is specific because inactivation abolishes its effect. shared A-I. had no behavior ambulatory activity. results seem indicate that specifically decreases which supports our hypothesis may act as physiological signal satiation ingestion lipid meal.
