摘要: Abstract Background Despite positive results obtained from anticancer activities of curcumin, there are some obstacles that limit its use as an agent. Hypothesis/purpose Different methods such employing the dendrosomal curcumin (DNC) were examined to overcome problems. There is increasing evidence representing long non-coding RNAs play important roles in biological processes. In this study, we focused on GAS5 anti-cancer effects DNC breast cancer. Methods We used several including MTT assay, apoptosis cell cycle analysis, transwell migration assay and RT-PCR. Results observed a significant increase expression Tusc7, genes with treatment MCF7, MDA-MB231, SKBR3 cells. Also, combination down-regulation showed lower percentages apoptotic cells higher level penetration through membrane compared alone. Furthermore, induced number sub G1/G1 phase decrease G2/M cycle. But, after alone opposite was DNC. Conclusion can suppress many aspects cancer cells, it seems co-treatment over-expression may provide clinically useful tool for drug-resistance
