摘要: We present an approach to infer the number of pollen donors directly from genotype data open- pollinated progeny Quercus robur (pedunculate oak), a highly outcrossing tree species. The is based on closely linked, polymorphic codominant microsatellite markers. Initially close linkages between three previously mapped loci were confirmed by studies linkage disequilibrium (LD).
