摘要: We present an approach to infer the number of pollen donors directly from genotype data open- pollinated progeny Quercus robur (pedunculate oak), a highly outcrossing tree species. The is based on closely linked, polymorphic codominant microsatellite markers. Initially close linkages between three previously mapped loci were confirmed by studies linkage disequilibrium (LD). Then track contributing maternal half-sib families (open-pollinated families) was developed analysing haplotype arrays linked markers transmitted fathers progeny. Simulated five segregating in eight open-pollinated used study relationship paternal chromosomes detected this ”haplotype approach” and diploid families. results showed that can be expressed as exponential function inferred 95% confidence interval regression determine minimum genotyped family robur. Finally demonstrate resolution obtained with approach”. Six independent relatedness among all pairs gametes share suggest majority such are identical descent same father. presented here monitor commercial seedlot samples oak or any other species for which polymorphic, genetic available.
