摘要: Abstract Co doped NiO nanoparticles CoxNi1-xO (x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) were synthesized by the Sol-gel technique. The impact of doping concentration on structural, functional and magnetic properties was analyzed X-ray diffraction (XRD), FESEM with EDAX, FTIR VSM. average crystallite size measured to be 34 nm 11 nm for respectively. reveals that particles are spherical in shape around 30 nm. elemental composition EDAX. spectra reveal existence peaks prepared samples, room temperature ferromagnetism observed pure Pure shows ferromagnetic behavior low coercivity it increases gradually when ratio increases. Higher saturation magnetization obtained sample 0.1 M nanoparticle as 22.09 emu/gm. An attempt has been made study pseudocapacitance nano various scan rates. Electrochemical studies show 0.4 M gives better charge storage capacity maximum specific capacitance 379 Fg−1 at a rate 20 mVs−1. It is promising electrode material super capacitor applications.
