摘要: Rising numbers of mobile devices and wireless access technologies motivate network operators to leverage spectrum across multiple radio networks, in order significantly enhance quality service as well capacity. However, there is a substantial need develop innovative selection mechanisms that consider energy efficiency while meeting application requirements. In this context, paper proposes an efficient mechanism over heterogeneous networks. We different performance aspects, characteristics requirements, so obtain solution grasps the conflicting nature various objectives addresses ultimate tradeoff. The proposed methodology advocates user-centric approach toward utilization networks system support reliable connectivity.
